Q 3 What is the PURPOSE of dreams?

A Dreams accomplish these things and more:

1 They SAVE LIVES and SOULS....................................
(Consider how God spoke to St. Joseph about NOT divorcing Mary and receiving
Jesus, the fruit of the Holy Spirit as his own, and taking care of Jesus and
Mary, and again WARNING Joseph to take Jesus and Mary away from Bethlehem
because of King Herod, and other such dreams where God GUIDED Joseph.
DREAMS were a part of the REDEMPTION OF THE HUMAN RACE in this instance and
in many others........... Earlier, Joseph of the 'coat of many colors' ended
up in Egypt where by interpreting the dream of Pharaoh about the seven fat
years and seven lean years, Joseph was put in charge of stockpiling grain
and thereby SAVED numerous lives, including those of the Jewish people which
eventually begat our Saviors Jesus and Mary, and many saints.

2 Warn us of danger; physical, emotional and spiritual to
ourselves and others

3 Tell us the true feelings, intentions or interior state of

4 Reveal our own interior state, sins, virtues and gifts,
phobias and desires

5 Explain mysterious situations or incidents

6 Explain WHAT WOULD BE if we did a certain thing

7 Explain the reactions of others to us if we met them or
communicated with them

8 Explain what TO DO or NOT TO DO

9 Point out which relationships are good for us or bad

10 Explain our own spiritual condition, good or bad

11 Portray spiritual principles and truths

12 Show why others did what they did to us

13 Explain the sufferings and virtues of others or their
sinfulness and vices

14 Reveal the secrets of others including the most hidden
and intimate secrets

Q 4 WHO can INTERPRET dreams?

A Spiritual dreams can only be interpreted by spiritual people, by the
Power of the Holy Spirit. Secular dreams can be interpreted by anyone who
has a knowledge of psychology, instincts and secret desires

Q 5 Is there a UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE of symbols?

A Not absolutely, but there are many symbols common to all people as we do
have a commonality by our species and instincts. To understand spiritual
dreams you have to know what religion/s the person thinks in. To understand
the dreams of another one usually has to interview them for details and
facts surrounding their lives.
