Female Friendly Femdom

What is ironic about the Femdom scene is that there is far more men
interested in Femdom than there are Women. So why is this? After all you
would think Women would find the prospect of dominating men very attractive.

But there are many reasons why Women in general do not like Femdom and some

thing that many Women do not like, is that in the whole Femdom scene, it is
men who set the agenda. As Femdom seems to be driven by male sexual

them get the impression that all dominant Women are also sadistic.

This is only a problem if we were to believe in patriarchal propaganda that
claims men are the 'natural' dominant sex. This claim is disproved by the
military. In every war in history, military leaders have been able to take
ordinary men off the street and train them to obey orders without question.
In the First World War soldiers were ordered to come out of the trenches and
face lethal machine-gun fire, which they obeyed without question. Soldiers
can even obey orders to commit suicide. This happened in World War Two when
the Japanese military ordered their airmen to make Kamikaze suicide attacks
on enemy shipping.

The military know how to brainwash and train any soldier to obey any orders
without question. So the fact that the military can do this with any man,
suggests that men are naturally submissive. The methods the military use to
train men to into unquestioning obedience are not a secret. All they do to
new recruits is to continually give them orders which they obey, like,
"quick march", "left-right, left right", "squad! Turn left." Etc, etc. The
soldiers get to become so used to obeying orders that after awhile they
learn to obey automatically.

If we accept what the military is telling us about men's behaviour, then we
have to accept that men are naturally submissive.

RASA: WILLIAM HAS WORKED OUT MORE THAN ONE NUANCE OF HOW PATRIARCHY WORKS,
TO PERFECTION, AS WELL AS WHY MATRIARCHY HAS TO WORK DUE TO THE MATERNALA

This means that for Women to dominate men, all they have to do is act in a
dominant manner. It is true that in the patriarchal society we live in, many
men will still resist any Woman who attempts to do this, simply because many

dominant sex. So these men will resist Female Domination because they think
they would become 'unmanly' or 'sissies' if they were to obey Women. But
patriarchal propaganda can only work if both the man and Women in a
relationship believes in it. Because if a Women believes in patriarchal
propaganda then she won't even attempt to dominate her husband. But if she
questions patriarchal propaganda she may realize that the man is only

If men are naturally submissive then Women do not actually have to use
masculine methods like force and violence to make men obey them. If we take
a realistic view of the Femdom scene we find Women don't have to do a lot to
make men obedient. In fact, the opposite is true, it is men who are asking
and even demanding that Women should be dominant. All men are asking for or
demanding is that Women act out the dominant role.

The Papua New Guinea jungle has given up one of its darkest secrets - the
systematic slaughter of every male baby born in two villages to prevent
future tribal clashes.

By virtually wiping out the 'male stock', tribal women hope they can avoid
deadly bow-and-arrow wars between the villages in the future.

'Babies grow into men and men turn into warriors,' said Rona Luke, a village
wife who is attending a special 'peace and reconciliation' meeting in the
mountain village of Goroka.

Slaughter: The Papua New Guinea Eastern Highlands where it has been claimed
women in two villages killed all their male children for a decade to prevent
tribal warfare

'It's because of the terrible fights that have brought death and destruction
to our villages for the past 20 years that all the womenfolk have agreed to
have all new-born male babies killed,' said Mrs Luke.

'The women have had enough of men engaging in tribal conflicts and bringing
misery to them.'

The sensational claims recall the Biblical story of the Old Testament
pharaoh who ordered all midwives to kill Israelite baby boys because he
wanted to ensure there were never enough young men to fight in an army
against the Egyptians.

Mrs Luke said that the village women agreed that if they stopped producing
males, allowing only female babies to survive, their tribe's stock of boys
would go down and there would be no men in future to fight.

A resident of Agibu village, Mrs Luke said she did not know how many male
babies were killed by being smothered, but it had happened to all males over
a 10 year period - and she suggested it was still happening.

Choking back tears she added: 'It's a terrible, unbearable crime, but the
women had to do it.

'The women have really being forced into it as it's the only means available
to them as women to bring an end to tribal fights.'

Confirming the shocking infanticide claims, Mrs Kipiyona Belas from the
rival Amosa village, told a newspaper that getting food for their families
was difficult because husbands were fighting other tribes with bows-and-
arrows and spears.

Often the men did not come back, having been killed on the 'battle field',
usually a clearing in the jungle.

Now, with the help of the Salvation Army and the initiative of local Pastor
Michael Hemuno, the tribal women hope the slaughter of babies can end and
those men who are still warriors will lay down their weapons and talk peace.

'We are trying to get them to live peacefully and end all the deaths of
young and old,' said Pastor Hemuno.

Tribal fighting in the region of Gimi, in the country's Eastern Highlands,
has been going on since 1986, many of the clashes arising over claims of
sorcery.

Papua New Guinea tribes, who dress up in warrior paint and feathered finery
for special occasions, are strong believers in sorcery and often blame their
enemies for bringing about deaths through witchcraft.

Why Women Sell Better, Part II

My recent blog post stating that women are better sales people than men
provoked some controversy. I heard both agreement and disagreement. I heard
from women, from men, and from all sorts of organizations -- from NIKE to
NAWBO (National Association for Women Business Owners). Nonetheless, I stand
firm in my beliefs about the power of women in sales.
Not only do I know women sell better but I further believe that companies
would do well to have women sales trainers. This is an issue that was raised
by a blog reader - Janet O'Conner at OC Creative. I could only answer her
with the idea that many companies seem stuck in the past; they would do well
to embrace the idea of women sales trainers. It follows a natural path. I
got my start in training because I excelled in sales.

With the growth of women in sales, I am sure women trainers will become a
big part of the sales culture.
